Aurore is given on signup. Prestige changes your purchase rate (1 pt / €2 until Solstice, then 1 pt / € from Équinoxe) and speeds up XP. The free shop bumper opens at Équinoxe.

1st rank — given on signup.
Solstice
1 pt every €2 spent, and +5 % XP.
2nd rank — after a Légende cycle.
Équinoxe
1 pt / € spent, +10 % XP, and the free bumper in the shop.

- Is Club Anzena free?
- Yes. An Anzena account is enough. Points, levels and ranks are included, with no subscription.
- How do I earn points?
- Mainly through purchases (1 pt / €2 until Solstice, then 1 pt / € from Équinoxe), social missions, a validated Google review, and referrals.
- What are points for?
- You spend them in the Club shop: promo vouchers, free bumpers, engraving. You can redeem as soon as you have enough points.
- What are levels for?
- Each level unlocks better rewards in the Club shop (not just a badge). At Transmission, FlexWall / FlexFrame purchases also earn +10 % points. Points themselves can be spent as soon as you have the balance.
- What is prestige?
- There are 5 ranks (Aurore, Solstice, Équinoxe, Zénith, Éternité). You start at Aurore. Until Solstice, purchases earn 1 pt / €2; from Équinoxe, 1 pt / € and the free shop bumper. Each rank after Aurore also increases XP (+5 %, +10 %, then +15 %). At Légende you move to the next rank and start a new cycle.
- Do points expire?
- Yes, after 12 months (oldest first). Use them before then: points shop or basket.
