- Metropolitan France
- Belgium, Luxembourg, the Netherlands, Spain, Italy, Germany, United Kingdom (subject to available carriers)
Available modes
Carriers offered at checkout (Mondial Relay, Colissimo, Chronopost, FedEx depending on destination and weight). Rates follow carrier grids and are rounded up to the next euro.
Free delivery
In metropolitan France, Mondial Relay is free from 60 € TTC; other modes receive an equivalent reduction. From 100 €, shipping is 100 % free (except custom products or specific quotes where applicable). Outside metropolitan France (overseas, abroad), shipping is not free: an equivalent reduction to the metropolitan Mondial Relay offer applies.
Indicative lead times
These lead times are indicative and depend on the carrier. Delivery fees are not refunded in case of a carrier delay.
- France: 2 to 4 working days
- Belgium and neighbouring countries: 3 to 6 working days
- International: 4 to 10 working days
Tracking
A tracking number is sent by email as soon as the parcel ships, when the carrier allows it.
Lost, stolen or uncollected parcel
If the carrier marks the parcel as delivered, Anzena cannot be held responsible for mailbox theft or failure to collect at a pickup point. In case of a proven dispute with the carrier, Anzena assists you as far as possible on presentation of the requested elements.
In the event of a conflict, the French original of these terms prevails.
