3. Prices
Prices are shown in euros, all taxes included (VAT not applicable). Delivery fees are calculated at checkout. The rate applied is the one in force at the time of the order.
4. Order
The customer undertakes to provide accurate information. Anzena may refuse or cancel an order in case of refused payment, suspected fraud, a prior dispute or incomplete data.
5. Payment
Payments are secured. Methods offered at checkout (bank card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, etc. subject to availability) can be used to pay. The order is confirmed only after payment confirmation.
6. Delivery
Available modes and rates depend on destination and weight (carrier grids, rounded up to the next euro). In metropolitan France, Mondial Relay is free from 60 € TTC; other modes receive an equivalent reduction. From 100 €, shipping is 100 % free in metropolitan France. Outside metropolitan France, shipping is not free: an equivalent reduction to the metropolitan Mondial Relay offer applies. Announced lead times are indicative.
7. Right of withdrawal
Under the French Consumer Code, the customer has 14 days from receipt for eligible standard products, provided they are new, unused and returned in their original packaging after prior agreement.
- Exclusions: personalised products, custom work, Anzena Factory, prototypes, unique pieces, used or damaged products.
8. Warranties
Legal warranties of conformity and against hidden defects. They do not cover normal wear, shocks, incorrect assembly or non-conforming use.
9. Consumer mediation
Under articles L.612-1 and following of the French Consumer Code, the consumer may use a free mediation scheme. At the update date of these terms, Anzena has not yet designated a mediation body. Contact details will be published on this page once designated.
10. Personal data
See the Privacy policy and cookie preferences.
11. Applicable law
In case of dispute, an amicable solution will be sought. Failing that, the competent court will be that of the seller’s registered office, subject to mandatory provisions applicable to the consumer.
In the event of a conflict, the French original of these terms prevails.
