Anzena operates the shop anzena.fr and collects personal information to process orders, answer Anzena Factory requests, review partner applications and reseller inquiries, provide customer service and, where applicable, measure audience.

Data collected

Data categories: identity, contact details, order information, project messages, partner applications (what you offer, community, public links, professional status), reseller inquiries (shop, point-of-sale type, universes and collections of interest, volume), technical data (IP and device, used to secure forms and not stored in the file) and cookies.

Legal bases: contract performance and pre-contractual steps (orders, partner applications, reseller inquiries), legitimate interest (security, improvement), legal obligations and consent (non-essential cookies / marketing).

Recipients: technical providers, host, carriers (partner carriers) and payment tools (Stripe) needed to perform the Services. Partner applications and reseller inquiries are handled internally (Anzena admin) and emailed to the team. Transfers outside the EU may occur via these providers’ mechanisms.

Retention: for as long as needed for the commercial relationship, legal obligations and dispute management. Partner applications and reseller inquiries are kept for 3 years from the last contact, then deleted.

Rights: access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection, portability — via contact@anzena.fr. You may lodge a complaint with the CNIL.
