Anzena Factory: preparing a custom project

A catalogue bumper protects a known format. As soon as the object changes thickness, grader or souvenir, forcing a standard scratches, plays, or lets go. Factory manufactures the right envelope — then you insert the piece exactly as on a catalogue bumper.

Why an off-format is more fragile in the wrong frame

Double slab, vinyl, figurine, Polaroid outside Mini, event support: if it moves in the housing, every shock rubs the original. A play of a few tenths of a millimetre is enough to scratch a holder or dog-ear a Polaroid. Acrylic that is too thin lets UV through; too flexible, it does not absorb a drop.

Factory starts from the object (photos, dimensions in mm), not from a SKU grid. Design and manufacturing in Antibes.

What damages a poorly protected object

• Forcing into a bumper that is too small: scratches, broken clips, a jammed slab.
• A housing that is too wide: the piece slams at every movement.
• Fingers, UV, heat: the same enemies as for a card, without the right pane.
• Adhesives and DIY shims: chemical marks, a drop.

What Factory changes

An acrylic shell to the dimensions of your object: the same UV +96 % filter, the same anti-mark and anti-shock logic as the catalogue, FlexLock if wall display is planned.

1. 01Send photos (front, profile, ruler), dimensions L × H × thickness in mm, use and quantity.
2. 02On receiving the custom bumper: open the frame without forcing the clips.
3. 03Slide the object flat, face visible, until it seats — no play.
4. 04Click shut. From then on handle the bumper, not the original.
