Japanese Yu-Gi-Oh size does not fit a standard 63×88 bumper: a generic frame leaves play.
A frame that is too large lets the piece rattle; too small, it pinches. The Anzena bumper is cut to size.

Pick the bumper for the exact size: Japanese size 59×86 mm, raw and PSA / PCA / CCC slabs. A Pokémon slab does not fit a photo bumper; Instax Mini is not 10×15.

No. It is an Anzena acrylic bumper that frames, protects and displays. No mat, no wooden stand.
Can I hang the frame on the wall?
Yes, with a FlexLock back and a FlexWall rail. Otherwise the bumper sits flat or on a stand.
